Why is this change occurring? I have been sending postcards to (nearly) every address in Vienna when MAC zoning or projects are on the Vienna Town Council meeting agenda. That’s expensive and wasteful, and I plan to cease that after October.
In addition, postcards don’t work well when the Town Council decides to change the meeting agenda. I would like to be able to send an email, if required, to notify postcard recipients about changes that occurred after the postcard was printed.
